Unfortunately, you are currently unable to use Roubit with your Facebook account. 
You can still login in Roubit with another social media account (Google or Apple).
Q. Why can't I use my Facebook account?
A. There are frequent issues with Facebook’s login system, making it difficult to use Roubit smoothly. Therefore, we recommend logging in with another social media account instead of Facebook.
Q. What if I don't use any other social media accounts?
A. Even if you don’t link another social media account, you can continue to use Roubit as usual. However, if you delete your account or change your device, you’ll need to link a social media account to continue using the same ID.
Q. What if I've already been using Roubit with my Facebook account?
A. Access the Roubit app - Select ‘Login’ on the first screen - Tap ‘Already have a Facebook-linked ID?’ and fill out the Google Form for the Roubit team. Based on the information you provide, the Roubit team will review your Facebook login account and respond via email as quickly as possible.
Q. I'm a Roubit Ultimate member. Can’t I continue using my existing Facebook ID?
A. You are currently unable to log in with your Facebook ID and cannot access your Ultimate Membership. Please tap ‘Already have a Facebook-linked ID?’ and fill out the Google Form for the Roubit team, and we will review and respond as quickly as possible.
