We sincerely apologize to all users who experienced issues in the Quest tab, such as tasks not being completed properly or diaries not being saved. We understand that this may have caused inconvenience, and we would like to explain the cause of the issue and the steps we have taken to resolve it.
Cause of the Issue
Since January 2025, we identified that some users’ completed routines and to-dos were not properly reflected in their challenge progress. To address this issue, we began an internal process on March 19, 2025, to restore the missing challenge counts for affected users.
Issues That Occurred
However, during the restoration process, an internal system issue caused normal users to be unable to complete their quests properly. Additionally, all quest-related functions—including watching ads, saving diaries, viewing motivational quotes, and registering recommended routines—stopped working.
We deeply regret any inconvenience this has caused. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience for all users, and we sincerely apologize for this unexpected issue.
Resolution & Service Restoration
We have now resolved the issue, and all quest-related functions should be working normally again! 
However, some users may still find that their challenge progress has been reset or that their completion counts have not been updated correctly. We will implement a safer recovery process for these cases, so we kindly ask for your patience as we work to restore them.
Once again, we sincerely apologize to all users who were affected by this issue. We are committed to improving our service and ensuring a more stable experience for everyone.
